Mr Olabanjo Obaleye(B.SC; MBA; ACA, ACIT AMNIM, ANICM)

Mr. Olabanjo studied Management and Accounting at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration, with specialization in financial management from the University of Abuja. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), the Nigeria Institute of Cost Management (NIMC) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He started his banking career with Afribank in 1991 and later proceeded to Midas Bank Plc, and Societe Bancaire Nigeria Limited before he joined Infinity Trust Savings and Loans Ltd (Now Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc) in 2004. He at various times, had worked and headed all aspects of Banking Operations from Tellering, Reconciliation, Clearing, Customer Services, Internal Control, Marketing to Branch Management.His passion for details and untiring quest for efficient and value-added service delivery has won him accolades from his employers. He had attended various seminars, workshops, conferences, courses both nationally and internationally; and presented papers on diverse fields (Finance, Banking, Mortgage, Leadership, Capacity Building, Housing delivery etc). He was an MBAN delegate to the International Conference on Collaborative Workshop on Mortgage and Housing Finance held in Canada in the spring of 2009. He is an alumnus of Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. Mr. Obaleye plays golf and once held the position of Competition and Caddy Secretary of IBB International Golf & Country Club.4He is currently the Public Secretary and a Member of Council of the Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria (MBAN).

Mr Cyrille Nkontchou

Mr. Cyrille Nkontchou holds a BA in Economics from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is the Co-founding Partner of Enko Capital Managers (“ECM”), Management Company of the Enko Africa Private Equity Fund. Mr. Nkontchou has years of experience as an Investment Banker and was a Manager in Accenture in Paris, specializing in financial markets. He was Managing Director and Founder of LiquidAfrica Holdings Limited, a pan-African investment bank specializing in capital raising and trading in all African markets. Before starting LiquidAfrica in 2000, he was the head of Sub-Saharan research at Merrill Lynch & Co. in London, where he was ranked in the Financial Mail 1999 Analyst Survey as one of the best research analysts on the continent. Mr. Nkontchou was nominated as Young Global Leader 2006 by the World Economic Forum.

Ayo Olowookere

Ayo has over 16 years’ experience in Financial services, Corporate Finance, Investments, Credit and Banking services. He started his career in KPMG, where he worked in the Audit and Assurance Services unit before leaving to work in the Project and Real Estate Finance Unit of ARM Investment Managers. Before joining Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank, Ayo worked as the MD/CEO of Omoluabi Mortgage Bank from 2015 to 2019. Omoluabi Mortgage Bank Plc has its shares listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, mainly owned by private investors and a State Government and was the Winner of the Mortgage Bank of the Year Award 2018 (Business-Day Banking and Financial Institutions Awards) as well as the PEARL Mortgage Services Industrial Leadership Awards 2018 (NSE Award for Listed Companies in the Mortgage Banking sub-sector).Ayo has a degree in Industrial Chemistry and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant (ICAN).

Dr. Femi Johnson (MBA, FCA, FCTI, HCIB, CPA, Ph.D)

Dr. Femi, started his Banking career in 1992 at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, and worked in three (3) other banks in areas covering Telecoms and Technology, Branch Management, Brand Development, Strategy, Treasury, and as Chief Financial Officer, before moving to the Mortgage Banking Sub-sector as a Chief Executive Officer in 2004. He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Fellow (FCTI) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, an Honorary Senior Chartered Banker (HCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, and also an Associate of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, USA. He had concluded his DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) programme at the Cranfield University, United Kingdom, in Economics and Finance, and holds two (2) MBA degrees, one of which is from the Lagos Business School. He had attended several other foreign universities for short courses, and these include courses at Cranfield University, United Kingdom, INSEAD University, Abu Dhabi Campus, IESE Business School of the University of Navarra, Spain, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, National University of Singapore, Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation, World Bank Head Office, Washington D.C., USA, etc. He is the Immediate Past President of the Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria (MBAN) having concluded two terms from Years 2013-2017 and had served on the National Executive Council of the Association for Nine (9) years in various capacities, including as prior to that, as Deputy President (West), and as Chairman and Member of Sub-Committees of MBAN.
